Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept your returns and refund requests as per the below policy:
- Returns and Refund requests must be reported to Kitcart within 24 hours of receiving the order for Grocery Products.
- Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Returns and Refund requests shall be submitted by contacting our Customer Support team through phone, email, or online chat.
- Due to the nature of Fresh Products, returns and/or refunds are only accepted in case of receiving defective, bad condition, or wrong products and which would be evaluated through Kitcart.ae inspection team.
- Products must be in resalable condition, and in the exact condition that has been delivered, that including but not limited to; packaging, boxes, labels, etc.
- Grocery Products must be stored in a proper way, and which would be stated on the product packaging itself or/and Kitcart.ae
- Fresh Products should be kept refrigerated/frozen based on the product type
- ae reserves the right to hold the refund till the product(s) return back to Kitcart.ae warehouse and go through the required inspection.
- ae reserves the right to accept or reject return and/or refund requests based on the inspection of the returned products or based on the violation of any term of the Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds to be refunded in the way Kitcart.ae would see suitable.
- Wonky products are not refundable or replaceable.
