Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept your returns and refund requests as per the below policy:

  1. Returns and Refund requests must be reported to Kitcart within 24 hours of receiving the order for Grocery Products.
  2. Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  3. Returns and Refund requests shall be submitted by contacting our Customer Support team through phone, email, or online chat.
  4. Due to the nature of Fresh Products, returns and/or refunds are only accepted in case of receiving defective, bad condition, or wrong products and which would be evaluated through Kitcart.ae inspection team.
  5. Products must be in resalable condition, and in the exact condition that has been delivered, that including but not limited to; packaging, boxes, labels, etc.
  6. Grocery Products must be stored in a proper way, and which would be stated on the product packaging itself or/and Kitcart.ae
  7. Fresh Products should be kept refrigerated/frozen based on the product type
  8. ae reserves the right to hold the refund till the product(s) return back to Kitcart.ae warehouse and go through the required inspection.
  9. ae reserves the right to accept or reject return and/or refund requests based on the inspection of the returned products or based on the violation of any term of the Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.
  10. Refunds to be refunded in the way Kitcart.ae would see suitable.
  11. Wonky products are not refundable or replaceable.
